This technique involves the implantation of color pigment into the dermis. With topical anesthesia, it is relatively comfortable. The idea is to form a natural shadow of color on the skin, achieving a gentle natural look.
Pigment is placed into the dermis, and the settling and healing process takes place over the following week or two.
The swelling is usually minimal, and clients are able to return to work the following day.
